03 · Who it is for

Outgrown the break-fix guy. Not ready for a full-time IT hire.

That gap is exactly where we live. You get a team of operators for less than one salary, and the team that scoped your agreement is the same team that picks up when something breaks. No account-manager layer in between.

Multi-portfolio cybersecurity engagement.

Managed ITSecurity

After a Business Email Compromise hit one company in a financial holding portfolio, we ran a coordinated post-incident review across all seven. Identity assessments, compliance-grade penetration testing for SOC 2 entities, awareness training and continuous monitoring under a 36-month program.

Incident contained. Portfolio-wide risk baseline. $190K+/year security program signed.

05 · Questions we get

How long is the contract?

Twelve months to start, month to month after. If we are not earning it, you should be able to leave.

What happens after hours?

Monitoring runs around the clock and alerts us to critical failures. Our help desk works business hours; after-hours response for outages is scoped into your agreement so you know exactly what is covered before you sign.

Do you replace our current vendor?

Usually, yes. We run a 30-day parallel onboarding so nothing drops in the handoff.

What about our existing hardware?

We inventory it, keep what is sound, and give you a dated plan for the rest. No surprise forklift.

One number to call. One team that owns it.
