KnowLogix started at a kitchen table in 2015. Three friends, each a long way into an IT career, comparing notes on the same frustration: watching vendors point fingers at each other while the client waited.

It was never for lack of skill. Every vendor was good at their piece. The problem was that each one only saw their piece. Nobody held the whole system in their head, so every hand-off was a place for a problem to fall through, and every client got treated like the last one instead of like their own building.
